Journal of Basic and Clinical Pathophysiology  is dedicated to the fast publication of original research papers related, in the broadest sense, to basic and clinical aspects of pathophysiology. Papers in all areas with an emphasis on molecular, cellular and particularly with a mechanistic attitude will be considered for publication.

The Journal of Basic and Clinical Pathophysiology  is accredited the scientific and research rank by the Medical  Journals Commission of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Journal of Basic and Clinical Pathophysiology strictly adheres to terms and conditions of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding plagiarism issues. Thus, in any case of plagiarism, which is brought to the Journal administration team and with convincing evidence, we act based on flowcharts and workflows determined by COPE. In addition, to detect and prevent plagiarism in the published articles, all submissions will be checked by iThenticate software at both stages of submission and acceptance.
